A106 Welded Steel Pipes
Welded steel pipe:
Welded steel pipe refers to steel strip or steel plate bending deformation into circular, square and other shapes after welding, the surface of the joint steel pipe. Compared with seamless steel tube, welded steel tube has low cost and high production efficiency. The blank is steel plate or strip steel. Welded steel tube has good corrosion resistance in acid environment.
Classification of welding methods:
According to different welding methods, it can be divided into arc welding pipe, high frequency or low frequency resistance welding pipe, gas welding pipe, furnace welding pipe, bandi pipe, etc.
Electric welded steel tube: used for oil drilling and machinery manufacturing.
Furnace welding pipe: can be used as water gas pipe, straight welded pipe for high pressure oil and gas transmission; Spiral welded pipe is used for oil and gas transportation, pipe pile, bridge pier and so on.
Classification according to weld shape
Can be divided into straight seam welding pipe and spiral welding pipe.
